Each exercise was approved by a physiotherapist and kinesiologist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We divided the videos into two categories for each age group, one is for warming-up, and the second for a cool-down and gentle stretch. Warming-up videos aim to promote blood circulation in muscles to prepare them for further exercise load and to move the synovial fluid in joints.
